“I can’t help falling in love with you.”
– elvis presley
How do I love this wedding? Let me count the ways:
1. Suki documented all of her incredible DIY exploits and feats of budgeting on her hilarious Instagram account, @2buckchuckbride.
2. Anthony & Suki met in script-writing class, so their ceremony was an HOUR-LONG INTERACTIVE SHOW with all of their friends performing. Bar. Raised.
3. There was a dinosaur…
4. …and a cake-eating contest.
5. Their friends sang and played the music…
6. …and performed improv.
7. Suki did a quick change from a sleek jumpsuit into a stunning sparkly gown and cape.
8. All the ladies wore white…
9. …and carried an object from the couple’s favorite films & books.
10. Their venue basically transported us to Savannah, GA.
11. The guests helped Anthony get ready as he walked down the aisle, ending with his mom pinning on his boutonniere. Cue the tears.
12. A red string was unwound with every guest, ending with binding the couple’s hands together in a twist on a classic Thai tradition.
13. Two words: Lightsaber. Exit.
14. The couple created a “museum” including labeled artifacts from their relationship.
15. Suki and her friends made Deathly Hallows wreaths & house-colored boutonnieres. The couple constructed their own wedding arch. They made their own floral arrangements from the flowers on Anthony’s family farm. And they’re so incredibly funny and awesome and kind, to boot. Need I say more?
